These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Faith Planner, Faith-Planner.com, and any related websites, digital products, downloadable materials, account features, planner tools, content, services, or communications offered through Faith Planner.
Faith Planner is a product and brand owned and operated by Monveri LLC (“Monveri,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Faith Planner is not a separate legal entity. Any reference to “Faith Planner,” “we,” “our,” or “us” means Monveri LLC unless otherwise stated.
By accessing or using Faith Planner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use Faith Planner.
Faith Planner provides planning, organization, reflection, personal development, and inspirational content through digital and/or physical products, online tools, downloadable resources, templates, articles, and related materials.
Faith Planner may include faith-based, motivational, inclusive, empowerment-focused, reflective, and personal growth content. Faith Planner is intended to support personal planning and reflection. It is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, counseling, medical care, financial advice, legal advice, or pastoral care.
Monveri may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features, content, products, or services at any time.
Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to:
Monveri may suspend or terminate accounts where information is inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
Faith Planner may offer digital products, subscriptions, physical products, downloadable materials, memberships, or other paid features.
By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Monveri or its payment processor to charge the applicable amount.
All prices, features, and product availability are subject to change. Taxes, processing fees, shipping fees, or other charges may apply and will be shown where applicable during checkout.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Monveri is not responsible for errors, delays, or service issues caused by third-party payment processors.
Faith Planner subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. This trial is your opportunity to fully evaluate Faith Planner before any charge occurs. If Faith Planner is not right for you, you may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
All sales are final and non-refundable. Because you are given a full 14-day trial to test Faith Planner before billing begins, we do not provide refunds for subscription charges, digital products, downloadable materials, templates, or accessed account-based content once billing has started.
Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not create a refund for amounts already charged.
The only exception: if you canceled before the end of your 14-day trial but a system error failed to record your cancellation and you were charged, we will refund that charge. Contact support@monveri.co and we will correct it.
Monveri reserves the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, excessive refund activity, or violation of these Terms.
Faith Planner may offer a referral, affiliate, ambassador, or partner program that allows approved users, customers, creators, or partners to share Faith Planner with others using a unique referral link, code, coupon, tracking link, or other assigned referral method.
Faith Planner is a product of Monveri LLC. Any referral program offered through Faith Planner is operated by Monveri LLC.
Participation in any referral program is subject to approval by Monveri. Monveri may accept, reject, suspend, or terminate participation in the referral program at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that a participant has violated these Terms, engaged in misleading activity, abused the program, or acted in a way that could harm Faith Planner, Monveri, customers, or third parties.
Referral participants are independent participants only. They are not employees, contractors, agents, legal representatives, franchisees, joint venturers, or partners of Monveri LLC. Participation in the referral program does not create an employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership, ownership interest, or right to act on behalf of Monveri LLC or Faith Planner.
Referral rewards, commissions, discounts, credits, or other benefits, if offered, will be based on the referral rules posted or communicated by Monveri at the time of participation. Monveri may modify referral rates, eligibility requirements, payout methods, payout timing, minimum payout thresholds, eligible products, or program rules at any time.
A referral may only qualify if the referred customer uses the assigned referral method, completes a qualifying purchase or signup, and remains eligible under the referral program rules. Monveri is not responsible for missed referrals caused by incorrect links, expired codes, browser settings, ad blockers, cookie restrictions, customer error, technical issues, or failure to follow referral instructions.
Referral rewards may be delayed, withheld, reversed, or denied if a purchase is refunded, charged back, canceled, disputed, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible. Monveri may also deny or reverse referral rewards for self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, misleading promotions, spam, unauthorized advertising, coupon abuse, trademark misuse, paid search bidding on Faith Planner or Monveri brand terms, false claims, or any activity Monveri determines to be abusive or improper.
Referral participants may not make false, exaggerated, misleading, or unauthorized statements about Faith Planner, Monveri LLC, our products, pricing, benefits, availability, guarantees, faith-based content, empowerment content, or expected results. Referral participants are responsible for ensuring that their promotions comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, disclosure, tax, and privacy laws.
Referral participants must clearly disclose their relationship with Faith Planner when sharing referral links, codes, commissions, credits, gifted products, paid promotions, or other incentives. Required disclosures must be clear, visible, and placed near the referral promotion.
Referral rewards may be considered taxable income. Referral participants are responsible for all taxes, reporting obligations, and any required tax documentation related to referral earnings or benefits. Monveri may require completed tax forms or identity verification before issuing certain payouts.
Monveri reserves the right to audit referral activity, correct tracking errors, adjust payouts, withhold payment, terminate referral access, or remove referral benefits where necessary to protect the integrity of the referral program.
Monveri may change, pause, or discontinue the Faith Planner referral program at any time. No referral participant has a guaranteed right to future commissions, rewards, credits, discounts, program access, or continued participation.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Faith Planner products, templates, downloads, designs, written content, graphics, worksheets, pages, and materials are provided for personal use only.
You may not:
Any commercial license must be approved in writing by Monveri LLC.
Faith Planner may allow users to submit, store, upload, or create content such as journal entries, planner notes, personal reflections, goals, prayer notes, comments, messages, uploaded files, or other user-generated content.
You retain ownership of your own content. By submitting or storing content through Faith Planner, you grant Monveri a limited license to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve Faith Planner.
You are responsible for your own content and agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.
Monveri does not claim ownership of your private journal entries, planner notes, reflections, or personal content.
You agree to use Faith Planner only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Monveri may investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access.
Faith Planner, Faith-Planner.com, the Faith Planner name, logos, designs, templates, downloads, written content, graphics, software, page layouts, branding, product concepts, and related materials are owned by Monveri LLC or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Faith Planner, its underlying technology, trademarks, designs, software, or creative works.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Faith Planner for your personal use in accordance with these Terms.
Faith Planner may include inspirational, faith-based, reflective, motivational, empowerment-focused, and personal development content.
This content is provided for general informational and personal reflection purposes only. It does not represent professional counseling, medical advice, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, religious instruction, or pastoral counseling.
You are responsible for how you use Faith Planner content in your personal life, spiritual life, planning, decision-making, and daily routines.
Faith Planner may include links to third-party websites, tools, payment processors, social media platforms, shipping providers, or other services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Monveri is not responsible for the content, practices, policies, availability, or security of third-party services.
Monveri makes reasonable efforts to keep Faith Planner available and functioning. However, we do not guarantee that Faith Planner will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Faith Planner at any time, including features, products, content, pricing, and account functionality.
You may stop using Faith Planner at any time.
Monveri may suspend or terminate your access to Faith Planner if:
Upon termination, your right to access Faith Planner ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property, personal use license, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law.
Faith Planner is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monveri disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
Monveri does not guarantee that Faith Planner will meet your specific needs, produce any particular outcome, improve your personal life, spiritual life, business, finances, productivity, wellness, or relationships, or be free of errors or interruptions.
Your use of Faith Planner is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monveri LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to Faith Planner, including but not limited to:
Monveri’s total cumulative liability for any claim related to Faith Planner shall not exceed the amount you paid to Monveri for Faith Planner products or services in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Monveri LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
Monveri may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on Faith-Planner.com with a revised “Last Updated” date.
For material changes, Monveri may make reasonable efforts to notify users by email, website notice, account notice, or other appropriate method.
Continued use of Faith Planner after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact Monveri at legal@monveri.co with a written description of the dispute and your proposed resolution. Monveri will make a good faith effort to resolve the issue informally within 30 days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or Faith Planner shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property, misuse of confidential information, data misuse, or other irreparable harm.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, collective, or representative action.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Monveri LLC relating to Faith Planner.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Each party consents to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waives any objection to venue.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Faith Planner Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Monveri LLC regarding Faith Planner.
