Faith Planner is a product and brand owned and operated by Monveri LLC (“Monveri,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Faith Planner is not a separate legal entity.

This Privacy Policy explains how Monveri collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you access or use Faith Planner, Faith-Planner.com, and any related websites, account features, digital products, downloadable materials, planner tools, forms, communications, or services.

By accessing or using Faith Planner, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This content remains yours. Monveri does not claim ownership of your personal planner content.

We may access personal planner content only as necessary to:

  • Provide the service.
  • Maintain and secure the platform.
  • Troubleshoot account or technical issues.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Protect Monveri, Faith Planner, users, or third parties from harm, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

Payment Information

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Monveri may receive limited payment-related information such as transaction status, payment amount, billing contact details, and confirmation records.

Monveri does not store full credit card numbers unless specifically stated and handled through a compliant payment provider.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use Faith Planner, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

If you use a referral link or referral code, Monveri may associate your signup, purchase, or account activity with the person or partner who referred you. We may share limited referral status information with the referring participant, such as whether a referral qualified for a reward, but we do not share your private planner content, journal entries, account password, payment card number, or sensitive personal content with referral participants.

Referral data may be used to operate the referral program, calculate rewards, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with tax and legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and improve Faith Planner.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the personal content you submit, create, upload, or store through Faith Planner.

Monveri does not sell your personal planner content, journal entries, notes, prayer notes, reflections, or uploaded personal materials.

Monveri does not use your private planner content for unrelated marketing purposes.

6. How We Share Information

Monveri LLC does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.

We may share limited information only when necessary to:

  • Process payments.
  • Deliver physical or digital products.
  • Provide hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, communication, or support services.
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Protect the safety, rights, property, or security of Monveri, Faith Planner, users, or third parties.
  • Complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, if applicable.

Third-party service providers are expected to maintain confidentiality and appropriate security practices.

Faith Planner may include content created with AI assistance and reviewed by a person before publication.

Monveri does not use your private planner content, journal entries, prayer notes, reflections, uploaded files, account data, or personal information to train third-party AI models.

Monveri does not allow AI tools to access your private Faith Planner account content unless specifically disclosed and authorized as part of a feature.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including:

  • Secure infrastructure.
  • Access control restrictions.
  • Account authentication.
  • System monitoring.
  • Encryption where appropriate.
  • Security-focused development and maintenance practices.

No system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and using strong passwords.

11. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide Faith Planner.
  • Maintain account records.
  • Process transactions.

14. International Users

Monveri LLC is based in the United States. If you access Faith Planner from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

15. Children’s Privacy

Faith Planner is not intended for children under 13 years old, or such higher age as may be required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

16. Marketing Communications

If you sign up for emails, updates, promotions, newsletters, or other communications, we may use your contact information to send those messages.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us.

Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send non-marketing messages such as account notices, purchase confirmations, legal notices, policy updates, support messages, and security alerts.

17. Data Breach Notification

If a data breach affects your personal information, Monveri will notify affected users and, where required, relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Notification will be provided as promptly as reasonably practicable and may include information about the nature of the breach, the data affected, and steps being taken to address the issue.

18. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit Do Not Track signals. At this time, Faith Planner does not respond to Do Not Track signals because there is no universally accepted standard for how such signals should be interpreted.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Faith Planner, our data practices, or legal requirements.

Updated versions will be posted on Faith-Planner.com with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of Faith Planner after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
